Violation: The backflow preventer on the hood washing system was constantly leaking indicating a possible malfunction.
Recommendation: Maintain backflow prevention devices in good repair.

Violation: The carbonators had the carbonator backflow preventer installed, but the main potable water supply line backflow preventers for the multiflow systems could not be located.
Recommendation: Provide backflow prevention devices on all fixtures using potable water and that have submerged inlets.

Violation: The potable water line coming into the pool machinery room was correctly striped blue. After the reduced pressure backflow preventer, it was still striped blue incorrectly indicating that it was still considered potable water.
Recommendation: Do not stripe or paint potable water lines after reduced pressure assemblies as potable water.

Violation: The potable water line coming into the pool machinery room was correctly striped blue, however after the reduced pressure assembly (backflow device) is was still striped blue but should not have had the potable water designation. This was corrected during the inspection.
Recommendation: Do not stripe or paint potable water lines after reduced pressure assemblies as potable water.
