Violation: Water leaked from a pipe under the flight-type glasswash machine and pooled on the deck.
Recommendation: Ensure decks, bulkheads, deckheads, and attached equipment in food preparation, warewashing, pantries, and storage areas are cleaned as often as necessary.

Violation: A bartender handled multiple paper tickets and pens, including picking up a ticket from the deck, before preparing drinks and scooping ice without washing their hands. A manager intervened and reminded the bartender of proper handwashing protocols.
Recommendation: Ensure food employees clean their hands and exposed portions of their arms immediately before engaging in food preparation including working with exposed food, clean equipment and utensils, and unwrapped single-service and single-use articles.

Violation: The secondary UV disinfection lamp for the interactive waterpark facility has been out of order since March 2024. A new lamp was received October 2024, however, the ship is waiting on a specialized technician to install.
Recommendation: Ensure secondary UV disinfection is maintained and operative to protect against Cryptosporidium.
