Site: Buffet-Deck 17 - Surf Side Cafe - Pizza Station
Violation: A gap was in between the deckhead panels above the pizza preparation countertop. No food was impacted. This was corrected before the end of the inspection.
Recommendation: Ensure decks, bulkheads, and deckheads in food preparation, warewashing, pantries, and storage areas are maintained in good repair.

Site: Galley-Deck 8 - Anda
Violation: More than a day's worth of grease residue was in the exhaust hood overhang above the stacked combination ovens. This was cleaned immediately.
Recommendation: Ensure nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment are kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.

Site: Galley-Deck 8 - The Local - Salad Station
Violation: A cutting board in active use was heavily scored. This was corrected immediately.
Recommendation: Ensure surfaces such as cutting blocks and boards subject to scratching and scoring are resurfaced if they can no longer be effectively cleaned and sanitized or discarded if they cannot be resurfaced.

Violation: A previously cleaned and sanitized plate was stored soiled over the serving line. This was corrected immediately.
Recommendation: Ensure food-contact surfaces of equipment and utensils are clean to sight and touch.

Violation: One fly was near the dry store walk-in door along the provision corridor.
Recommendation: Effectively control the presence of insects, rodents, and other pests to minimize their presence in food areas.

Violation: A paper towel dispenser at the crew handwashing station was empty. This was corrected immediately.
Recommendation: Ensure each handwashing station has a supply of hand-cleansing soap or detergent and a supply of single-service paper towels.

Site: Galley-Deck 6 - Ice Machine
Violation: The ice machine bin was soiled with a brown debris on the interior right side. Corrective action began immediately and was corrected prior to the end of the inspection.
Recommendation: Ensure food-contact surfaces of equipment and utensils are clean to sight and touch.

Site: Recreational Water Facilities-Deck 17 - Main Pool
Violation: The portside shepherd?s hook was obstructed by three umbrella stands. The umbrella stands were promptly removed, and a square was painted to clearly mark the area and prevent any items from blocking access to the shepherd?s hook.
Recommendation: Provide a rescue or shepherd?s hook and an approved flotation device at a prominent location (visible from the full perimeter of the pool) at each RWF that has a depth of 1 meter (3.3 feet) or greater. Mount these devices in a manner that allows for easy access during an emergency.

Site: Recreational Water Facilities-Deck 18 - Aqua Park
Violation: The mechanism to operate the shower was more than one meter above the deck. The bottom of the circular mechanism is one meter above the deck, and the actual sensor is an additional 2 centimeters above.
Recommendation: Ensure RWFs designed for use by children under 6 years of age have appropriately sized shower facilities. Standard height is acceptable, but ensure the mechanism to operate the flow of water is not more than 1 meter (3.3 feet) above the deck.

Site: Housekeeping-Jetted Tub Disinfection
Violation: The disinfection records for staterooms 12226, 12224, and 12222 documented they were cleaned and disinfected twice on 30 March 2026 and not between a change of occupancy on the 31 March 2026. This was identified as a clerical error.
Recommendation: Ensure manufacturer?s operation and maintenance instructions are available to personnel who service these jetted tubs and heated jetted tubs. Retain maintenance records on the vessel for 12 months. Ensure records include: (1) Cleaning and disinfection frequency; (2) Disinfectant type, concentration, and contact time; (3) Draining frequency (only for heated jetted tubs).
