All Document Types

Annual Report — Report produced by a NIOSH-funded state program that describes the program outcomes for the year.
Brochure — A publication, usually no more than a couple pages in length, that contains information on a public health program, summarizes key findings from a study, or contains guidelines and tips on preventing illness and injury (e.g. fact sheets, tip sheets, and flyers).
Case Report — Description of the circumstances leading to an occupational injury or illness in a person or group of persons.
Fact Sheet — Fact Sheet
Journal Article — An article that has been published in a peer-reviewed journal.
Newsletter — A periodical publication of key research findings, policy changes, and other announcements pertaining to a public health program.
Other — Assign for types of publications that do not fit into any of the other document types.
Survey and Data Instrument — Survey instruments, questionnaires, field manuals, or other materials describing data collection methods.
Technical Report — A report containing the findings from an investigation or study. Technical reports include findings from surveillance, hazard evaluations, surveys, and task forces.
Multi-Media — Assign to posters, Power Point presentations, videos and audio files or any other alternative type of media.
