  • Massachusetts Worksite Health Improvement Survey 2008

    In April 2008, the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (MDPH) used this instrument to survey a random sample of 3,000 worksites with 11 or more employees to assess their practices that promote and protect employee health and well-being within their worksites. This tool can be used by employers and researchers to assess not only existing practices but policies and environmental supports.
