Commodity Flow Survey The Commodity Flow Survey (CFS) is conducted every 5 years (years ending in "2" and "7") as part of the Economic Census. The CFS produces data on the movement of goods in the United States. Living Situation Survey The Living Situation Survey (LSS) is designed to collect information on living arrangements, mobility patterns, and interpretations of standard terminology used in the decennial Census and in other surveys (e.g., SIPP) administered by the Bureau of the Census.
