This image depicted a cheese burger, French fries, and a sweet tea. Though this may be a very tasty meal, it’s very calorie dense, which means that it’s high in its fat and sugar content, and it would be a much healthier choice if one were to choose a more nutrient dense alternative. The meat and cheese added much in the way of saturated fats and cholesterol, and the French fries added many fat calories, and carbohydrates.
