This 1968 photograph depicts the right chest surface of a 2-year-old Georgian, African-American female patient, who after receiving a smallpox vaccination in her left shoulder region, developed an erythema multiforme reaction. This particular view reveals some of the maculopapular rash, which had spread to her chest region. See PHIL 13330, 13331, and 13332, for additional views of this patient’s rash.
