Caption:
This image depicts the hand of a teenage female driver adjusting the volume of her car radio, while seated behind the wheel of her automobile. Note that the keys were hanging from the ignition switch. Adjusting the radio volume while driving, though quite permissible, is not the safest time to be manipulating these controls. One should make all comfort adjustments to a vehicle before beginning a trip, while having to interact with other divers, and impediments to driving experience.
