The woman pictured here, is a rheumatoid arthritis patient, and was not letting her painful condition impede her from carrying on with her daily activities, which included the use of a baggage carrier that she was using to move a small piece of luggage over the threshold of her front door. After having fully exited from her home, she was now in the process of locking her front door. Note that in her left hand she held her cane, the handle to the luggage carrier and her keys.
