The woman pictured here, is a rheumatoid arthritis patient, and was not letting her painful condition impede her from carrying on with her daily activities, which included the use of a baggage carrier that she was using to move a small piece of luggage through her front door. After having fully exited from her home, she had locked her door. Note that in her left hand, she held both her cane, and the handle to the luggage carrier, and was switching the cane to her right hand, which she’d use for support as she walked.
