The woman pictured here is a rheumatoid arthritis patient, and was not letting her painful condition impede her from carrying on with her daily activities, which included the use of a baggage carrier, which she was using to move a small piece of luggage over to her vehicle after exiting her home. Note that in her left hand she held her cane, and in her right, the keys to her vehicle.
