After having warmed up in an appropriate manner, this young woman was photographed while on a Georgia morning jog. At this point in her stride, her right leg was extended forward, and her left leg was flexed at the knee with her left foot at knee-level behind her. Hopefully, she’d applied sunscreen to her sun-exposed skin, and had packed some fresh drinking water to avoid dehydration.
