This image depicts an area of scrotal skin upon which had developed a sebaceous cyst, which occurred when an oil producing gland of the skin became clogged with dead skin cells and other debris, and swelled with the further production of sebum, or oil. See PHIL 14660, for a closer view of this cutaneous lesion.
