This image depicts the penis of a patient in a clinical setting being treated for a case of hemorrhagic balanitis, or more accurately, hemorrhagic balanoposthitis, for it involved not only the glans penis, but the prepuce, or foreskin as well. Note the ulcerous lesions on the surface of the glans penis, as well as the foreskin.
