Caption:
This image depicts an anterior view of a male patient displaying the underside of his penis, thereby, exposing a lesion on the glans penis in the region of the penile frenulum and urinary meatus. It was determined that this lesion was a balanitis plasmacellularis zoon, also known as balanitis circumscripta plasmacellularis, or plasma cell balanitis (PCB), an inflammatory condition, which when analyzed histologically, had revealed the presence of a plasma cell infiltrate.
