This patient presented to a clinical setting with an inflammatory condition involving the glans penis and prepuce, causing there to be the deposition of a visible purulent exudate. The causative agent, in this case, was determined to be a Candida sp. fungal organism. Therefore, a diagnosis of Candida balanoposthitis was made.
