This image was captured somewhere in Bangladesh, officially the People's Republic of Bangladesh, during a cholera research expedition, which also included a study into the nutritional standards of the area, and the completion of a survey. Here you can see one of the public health field researchers in the process of acquiring survey data in an unknown village. He is holding an opened notebook, into which he was entering responses posed by the village inhabitants.
