This is the twenty-third in a series of images, PHIL 16989 through 17013, depicting a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Public Health Library and Information Center (PHLIC) exhibit entitled, Bringing the World Home: CDC’s Returned Peace Corps Volunteers (RPCVs) Celebrate Peace Corps Week 02/23/14 – 03/01/14. Contained in this display case, was a t-shirt acquired in the Dominican Republic, that had been worn by the Multiplicadores (Multipliers), a youth group, who promotes healthy decisions and education, funded by PEPFAR (President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief). Translated into English, the front of the shirt read, “Have questions?”, while on its back the shirt read, “I have answers. I chose my future, my decisions.” This t-shirt had been donated by RPCV, Lisa Guerrero, and acquired during her Volunteer work from 2005–2007, in the Dominican Republic.
