This image was captured in 2010, at Ivory Park Primary School in South Africa, and depicts “Soul Buddyz Club” members, who had come to meet with Lovemore Manjora, Soul City Children Projects Coordinator, in order to thank Soul City for giving them the opportunity to learn about life and community. “All children have the right to safe activities after school, especially when they offer support for some of life’s hardest issues, including HIV/AIDS prevention, and gender-based violence. Soul Buddyz, an innovative non-government organization (NGO) in South Africa, is working with schools, teachers, and children to provide a rich after-school program.”
