Stephanie Torres, of the 15th Aerospace Medical Squadron, public health technician, and NCO in charge of preventative medicine, as she was listening to a briefing given by instructors from the United States Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID), during a hazardous material training session, which took place at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii.
