This photomicrograph of a methylene-blue, wet mounted fibroblast cell culture specimen, revealed ultrastructural morphology exhibited by a number of vegetative Acanthamoeba sp. cells. The cell culture was put through the process of a low-speed centrifugation prior to being processed for viewing.
