This June 2012 photograph, was created in order to illustrate the overcrowded conditions, and poor ventilation, which went on to contribute to a nosocomial outbreak of Adenovirus illness among thirty-two young children, in a hospital pediatric ward in the state of Johor, in southern Malaysia. The image was submitted by Malaysian Field Epidemiology Training Program (FETP) resident, Thilaka Chinnayah.
