Captured in the Kakuma refugee camp, located in the Turkana District of the northwestern region of Kenya, this group of three refugees, made up of a man and two women, one of whom was a mother, who carried her child on her back supported in a cloth sling, were photographed, while on one of the camp’s dusty roads. These refugees were making their way to pick up basic supplies from the central region of the camp. The man appeared to be carrying a container that he would fill with an allotment of fresh water.
