This posteroanterior (PA) chest x-ray, revealed normal findings in the lung fields of this patient. See PHIL 20123, for a lateral radiograph, affirming these normal findings. Note a normal sized cardiac silhouette, and clear lungs, exhibiting no pulmonary, or plural effusion, and no fibrotic changes, or abnormal densities inside the lung parenchyma.
