This image depicting an anterior view of a standing male Nigerian patient, revealed the presence of a large tumor protruding from his lower abdominal region, which displayed signs of erosion of the overlying skin. A histologic examination of this neoplasm’s tissue type, determined it to be fibrosarcomatous in nature. See PHIL 20264, for a left lateral view of this patient's condition.
