Viewed from the left lateral perspective, this patient presented with massive edema of the penis and scrotum, which had been due to a filarial infection caused by an invasive nematode worm of the superfamily, Filarioidea. See PHIL 20291, and 20292, for respective anterior and posterior views of this patient’s condition.
