This 2016 image, depicted a pregnant woman standing outdoors. She has just squeezed a small amount of sunscreen into her hand, which she would apply to her exposed skin. If wearing insect repellent to prevent mosquito bites, you should apply sunscreen first, and repellent second. Here, the woman was also wearing long sleeves to prevent mosquito bites.
