This 2016 image depicted a number of items that were placed in each of the Zika Prevention Kits (ZPKs), compiled by the Strategic National Stockpile (SNS), see PHIL 22665 and 22666. The kits included Off® mosquito repellant, condoms, and a digital thermometer. Each ZPK contained these and other items, used to prevent the transmission of the Zika virus, both from mosquitoes to humans, and through human-to-human contact. The kits also included a larvicide, mosquito netting, and educational materials.

CDC personnel assembled and delivered approximately 31,000 ZPKs throughout U.S. territories. For more on the Strategic National Stockpile, please visit the link below.
