Captured in 2016, this image depicted a Strategic National Stockpile staff member placing items into a blue and white satchel, or a Zika Prevention Kit (ZPK). Each kit contained items used in preventing the transmission of the Zika virus, both from mosquitoes to humans and through human-to-human contact. The ZPKs included insect repellent, larvicides, mosquito netting, condoms to prevent sexual transmission of Zika, and educational materials.
