This image from 1967 depicts a 13-month-old infant in the lithotomy position, revealing multiple congenital anomalies involving the perineal region. Findings include exstrophy of the urinary bladder and cloaca, bifid penis and scrotum, and congenital dislocation of the hips. Although not well visualized here, a right-sided clubfoot deformity and a mesenteric cyst were also present. A bandaged intestinal stoma is visible on the right abdomen.
