This photograph depicts an anterior view of the upper body, head, and arms of a 3-month-old infant with multiple congenital anomalies. These include hypertelorism (widely spaced eyes), an incomplete midline cleft of the upper lip, a bifid tongue, low-set ears, micrognathia, syndactyly, polydactyly, and duplication of the left upper urinary tract.
