This photograph depicts a close dorsal view of the right hand of a 3-month-old infant with multiple congenital anomalies. These include hypertelorism (widely spaced eyes), an incomplete midline cleft of the upper lip, a bifid tongue, low-set ears, micrognathia, syndactyly, as demonstrated here by webbing of the fingers, polydactyly, and duplication of the left upper urinary tract.
