This photograph depicts a left lateral view of the head and upper body of a 3-month-old infant with multiple congenital anomalies. These include hypertelorism (widely spaced eyes), an incomplete midline cleft of the upper lip and a bifid tongue (PHIL 23679), low-set ears and micrognathia, both visible here, syndactyly (PHIL 23677), polydactyly, and duplication of the left upper urinary tract.
