This photograph depicts a close view of the oral region of a 3-month-old infant with multiple congenital anomalies. Highlighted here is an incomplete midline cleft of the upper lip. The infant’s tongue is also bifid, though not visualized here. Additional findings include hypertelorism (widely spaced eyes), low-set ears and micrognathia (PHIL 23678), syndactyly (PHIL 23677), polydactyly, and duplication of the left upper urinary tract.
