This photograph depicts a close dorsal view of the right hand and wrist of a 24-month-old infant, highlighting bullous and crusted lesions associated with epidermolysis bullosa (EB), a genetic disorder characterized by skin fragility and blister formation involving the skin and mucous membranes. At 2-month follow-up, the patient was reported to be doing well. This is the same patient whose facial findings are shown in PHIL 24326, captured at an earlier, unspecified date.
