This image depicts a right lateral oblique view of a 14-month-old child. A large rectangular skin graft is visible on the thigh, performed to treat a pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) lesion, as shown in PHIL 23729. The wound site was infected with Pseudomonas species. The patient subsequently developed Pseudomonas meningitis and sepsis. See PHIL 23731 for a closer view of the skin graft site.
