This image depicts a close right lateral view of the right thigh of a 14-month-old child. A rectangular skin graft is visible, performed to treat a pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) lesion, as shown in PHIL 23729. The wound site was infected with Pseudomonas species. The patient subsequently developed Pseudomonas meningitis and sepsis. See PHIL 23730 for another view of the skin graft site.
