Dated December 10, 1962, this image depicts an anteroposterior (AP) chest radiograph of a female patient from Alaska obtained during inspiration, demonstrating findings consistent with bronchiectasis. Bilateral bronchial dilatation is present, more pronounced in the right lung field. See PHIL 23979, 23980, and 23981 for additional views documenting the progression of this patient’s condition over time.
