Dated January 28, 1963, this image depicts an anteroposterior (AP) chest radiograph of a female patient from Alaska obtained during inspiration, demonstrating findings consistent with bronchiectasis. Bilateral bronchial dilatation is present, more pronounced in the right lower lobe, along with bilateral lower lobe opacification. See PHIL 23978 for an additional radiograph of this patient obtained during expiration.
