Dated May 3, 1963, this image depicts an anteroposterior (AP) chest radiograph of a female patient from Alaska obtained during expiration, demonstrating findings consistent with bronchiectasis. Bilateral bronchial dilatation is present, more pronounced in the right lung field. See PHIL 23978, 23979, and 23980 for additional radiographs documenting this patient’s condition over time.
