This image shows a newborn infant presenting with an embryonal sarcomatous lesion of the right hand. The patient’s axillary lymph nodes tested positive for involvement. The infant underwent an above-elbow amputation followed by treatment with chemotherapeutic agents. At a 2.5-year follow-up, the child was doing well and was considered cured.
