This image shows a posterior view of a patient’s right arm, highlighting a severe necrotic lesion resulting from envenomation by a Chilean recluse spider (Loxosceles laeta). This image was obtained 24 days after the bite, demonstrating extensive tissue necrosis with overlying skin sloughing at the site of envenomation.
