This image depicted LT Jenn Pond, RN, in the process of administering an influenza vaccination on October 30, 2018, to a civilian after a Category V Typhoon devastated the island of Saipan, one of the Northern Mariana Islands, a U.S. Territory. The United States Public Health Service (USPHS) provided mass island vaccination for Influenza and Tdap during the recovery efforts.
