This photograph depicts Epidemic Intelligence Service (EIS) officer, Lina Elbadawi (EIS Class of 2014), as she was trekking across a rural Wisconsin farm, en route to a home interview. With a colorimeter in tow (blue box in right hand), she would measure water chlorination levels during site visits, in the beginning days of the 2016 Elizabethkingia investigation.
