This image depicts an anterior view of a patient’s shins, highlighting a raised erythematous rash resulting from coccidioidomycosis, caused by a Coccidioides species. This condition, known as erythema nodosum (EN), occurred secondary to the infection. See PHIL 26646 for a black-and-white version of this image.
