This image depicts 10 test tubes, each containing brain heart infusion (BHI) agar supplemented with increasing concentrations of cycloheximide from left to right. Each tube was inoculated with the yeast phase of Blastomyces dermatitidis (strain H) and incubated for 21 days at 25°C.
