This photograph depicts a close view of a Petri dish culture plate that contained a growth medium of trypticase-soy agar, which had been inoculated with Gram-negative, Enterobacter sakazakii bacteria, and allowed to incubate for a 3-day time period, at 25°C. Note the growth of wrinkled colonies.
