This historic photograph, captured in 1957, depicts a group portrait of instructors and attendees of a Communicable Disease Center (CDC) class entitled “Serologic Methods in Diagnosis of Parasites and Mycotic Infections.” Though the attendees were not identified, four renowned instructors are visible. In the front row, on the far right stands Dr. Lucille K. Georg, and at center stands Dr. Kenneth W. Walls. In the back row, first on the left stands Dr. Morris Goldman, next to whom stands Dr. Marion M. Brooke.
