This historic photograph is believed to have been captured in 1957 and depicts, from left to right, Dr. Weinberg, Christopher Elmore, and Dr. Richard W. Fry, staff members of the former Treponemal (or Venereal Disease) Diagnostic Laboratory (TDL) in Savannah, Georgia. At the time, these men were visiting the former Communicable Disease Center (CDC) in metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia.
